This four-hour no-cost workshop\, created in response to the Business Assessment Survey\, covers the fundamentals of waste identification\, process flow\, and customer demand (pull). Participants will learn how to effectively identify sources of process waste and will be able to brainstorm for solutions. Templates and examples will be provided during the session.
